Materials Used and Features
Load-bearing Uprights: 51 mm diameter, 1 mm wall thickness metal tube
Bedstead Side Rails: 15x25 mm sized, 1 mm wall thickness double coiled profile. (Noted for its high resistance against mattress sagging.)
Under-bed Profiles: 15x25 mm sized, 1 mm wall thickness; 10 under-bed profiles and 6 T support legs are used. This provides a high carrying capacity, and you do not need to place any material (MDF, plywood, etc.) for the under-bed.
Paint: Electrostatic powder paint with epoxy polyester resin is used. After baking at 180-200 degrees Celsius, it becomes ready for use in accordance with TSE and CE certification standards.
Plastic: ABS quality industrial plastic with high tensile and fracture strength (special design and patented)
